Our employment coach helps job-seeking community housing tenants get ready for, find and settle into paid and volunteer work.

Our employment coach can work one-on-one with you to help you become work ready. We can help you:

  • Talk through your aspirations and goals

  • Create an employment plan

  • Understand digital job searching

  • Create a cover letter and CV

  • Learn interview and presentation skills

  • Identify opportunities to upskill or enter further education

We’ll also connect you with trusted employers and provide support as you settle into a new role.
