Our people bring passion, experience, and commitment to community and affordable housing in Ōtautahi Christchurch. We work in teams to provide responsive support, well-maintained properties, and practical help so people can live well in homes they can call their own.
We do all you’d expect from a landlord, from helping people settle into new homes to managing tenancy agreements and relationships, to fixing things when something goes wrong.
But we’re a tenancy manager with a difference: we do what we can to help tenants get better outcomes in life, and in their tenancies. To do this, our tenancy team works across specialist, interconnected service areas.

Property work is at the heart of how we deliver on our mission to reshape community housing into homes and communities where people can belong.
Our property team maintains and improves the more than 2400 homes we own or lease across our rohe, so people can live in warm and dry homes, the the essential foundation for sustainable tenancies and thriving communities.

Community engagement is about more than events and surveys (though it is that, too!). It is about working alongside tenants and partners to create vibrant, connected communities where people can thrive, feel secure, and build opportunities.
Our multidisciplinary engagement team partners with tenants and our community to identify and celebrate strengths, and co-design solutions that enhance community life and support wellbeing.

Delivering great homes takes excellent support functions operating smoothly behind the scenes.
Our business support teams look after health and safety, quality, environmental stewardship, finance, and corporate systems so that our front-line services are strong, safe, and sustainable.
