Our in-house finance team is all about responsible stewardship of our resources. The team manages budgets, reporting, and financial systems to ensure we use what we have effectively and transparently.

We operate an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, which guides our commitment to quality and continuous improvement in everything we do.
Our quality team, with everyone at ŌCHT, drives our daily desire to continuously improve what we do by defining and monitoring our performance standards, reviewing and improving processes across our services, and ensuring we are consistent and accountable in what we produce.

Health and safety
Ensuring safety is built into everything we do.
Our health and safety team leads continuous improvement of workplace and operational safety through our certified Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001). This means safety is proactive, consistent, and integrated across the organisation.
We monitor hazards, support staff and contractors, and embed safety thinking into everyday decision-making and activity planning.
Environment
We care for our impact on place and community.
We have an environmental policy and management system that applies to all staff and contractors. This helps us reduce harm, minimise waste, and consider environmental impacts in how we manage our work.
