The Housing Hero Awards is our annual celebration of good neighbours
A Housing Hero is a tenant who goes above and beyond to be a great neighbour.
Past winners have done things like:
Checking on a neighbour who hasn't been seen in a while
Organising community events or food sharing
Calling for help in an emergency - actions that have saved lives!
Helping people get to appointments or do their shopping
Lending a hand with gardens or household chores
Being a steady friend and support to neighbours in need
These are just a few examples, your Housing Hero could be anyone who you feel makes a real difference in your community.
