Vouchers, $100 prizes for 2026 Tenant Survey
The annual ŌCHT Tenant Survey is back and this year, every household that takes part will receive a $20 Pak’nSave voucher as a thank you.
AND if you complete the survey online, you’ll also go in the draw to win one of five $100 Prezzy Cards provided by our survey partner, Purple Ink NZ.
This year’s survey is being run by independent research company Purple Ink NZ. Your responses are completely confidential. ŌCHT won’t see individual answers, only the combined results.
Taking part is easy:
Online: If you’ve shared your email with ŌCHT, you’ll receive a survey link on April 7.
Paper copy: If we don’t have your email, we’ll send a letter with a link to the online survey AND a paper copy of the survey from April 13.
In person: Support will be available in community lounges if you’d like help completing the survey.
The survey runs from April 7 to 9pm, May 17. It’s limited to one response per household.
The survey is really important to ŌCHT.
Your feedback has helped us with everything from redesigning our tenancy and maintenance services and starting the Tenant Insights focus groups, to upgrading our website, finding new computer systems better manage service requests and even making staff more visible with blue ŌCHT vests!
