Tenancy Operations Manager Stu Bayles’ focus on efficient and supportive service delivery for our tenants and communities draws upon nearly three decades in high-pressure environments – in military service, firefighting, and security operations management – and in corporate, facility and community-based roles at the Department of Corrections, and in housing delivery and tenant support leadership at Kāinga Ora.

 Stu holds specialist qualifications in leadership, business, coaching, and project management, and is completing his Master’s in Management at Massey University. Outside work, Stu has amassed an extensive portfolio of instructor qualifications in outdoor pursuits, including white water kayaking, rock and ice climbing, and scuba diving.
