Philippa Jones is an independent Trustee. She has over 15 years’ experience reporting to and attending board meetings and board sub-committees, three years with direct responsibility to a board and five years’ experience in governance roles. Most recently, Philippa has worked as Executive Director of the South Island New Zealand Needle Exchange Programme, a harm reduction service built on principles of social justice and human rights. Before this she held roles as Director at Deloitte, Chief Operating Officer at Lincoln University and Change Programme Lead at the Ministry of Health New Zealand. Philippa has a strong desire to improve opportunities for people with complex health and social needs, with the right to housing being a fundamental enabler of well-being.
