Geoff Walker is an independent Trustee. With over 15 years of finance experience, Geoff leads the Finance and Sustainability functions at Jade Software He focuses on improving the company's commercial posture and behaviour, and leads Jade's sustainability journey. This has included steering Jade to become a B-Corp (Benefit Corporation) and undertaking full scope 1-3 carbon analysis.  Before working at Jade, Geoff was Finance Manager for Trade Aid - NZ's leading Fairtrade organisation. 

Geoff has previously served on the Boards of Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand as Treasurer and Canterbury Community Earthquake Recovery Network as Vice Chair.
