Three Lanes Lyttelton Street
Three Lanes Lyttelton Street
We’ve completed three new communities of 1–4 bedroom townhouses in our Somerfield development in south Christchurch.
Te Uru Kahikatea Lane, Te Koroī Lane and Te Māpara Lane now stand where Glue Place once was — the former social housing complex that was decommissioned in 2023.
These new homes are available through progressive home ownership and community rental. The first whānau have now moved in and the community is officially open.
