It’s time to clean the spouting

Spouting cleans are carried out at ŌCHT properties twice a year. They usually take place is early spring and winter when most trees have shed their leaves.

It’s important to have clear spouting and downpipes on properties to avoid flooding in wet weather and to help maintain the property.

ŌCHT contractors, Golemans, check and clean the downpipes and clean and remove debris from inside the spouting - not the outside.
