Goleman Group Christchurch is cleaning spouting in many ŌCHT communities over winter.
Tenants in the affected communities will receive a reminder flyer before the contractor arrives – but here’s a list of the communities and the dates they’ll visit:
The dates might change if the weather doesn’t play ball.
To prepare for the clean, please close your windows and move any pot plants or other items that might get in the way of the contractor or that you don’t want to get wet.
